[HCM] Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project lead in coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support internal teams to manage project tasks and deliverables.
  • Work with sales admin to prepare project paperwork and documentation, including contract and liquidation requests.
  • Monitor campaign progress and provide updates to the project lead on performance and results.
  • Handle day-to-day client communication, addressing inquiries, and providing timely feedback.
  • Contribute to pitch presentations and client meetings, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and innovative digital marketing solutions.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Entry-level or 1-year experience in account management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
