Ticket price

AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
(Eligible age is calculated as of the race day – August 24, 2025)
– 3KM distance: From 6 years old and above
– 5KM distance: From 10 years old and above
– 10KM distance: From 14 years old and above
– 21KM distance: From 16 years old and above

*Important Notes:
– Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult participant during the race.
– Runners under 18 years old must submit a Waiver Form signed by a parent or legal guardian, in the section “For Legal Guardians of Runners Under 18” (Pocari Sweat Run 2025 Waiver Form), prior to participating in the event.

* TICKET PURCHASE NOTES
– All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT.
– Personalized BIB (with printed name) is available only for runners who complete registration before the end of the Regular phase.
– Registration will be closed immediately once all slots are sold out.
– VAT invoices will be sent within 15 business days after successful payment confirmation, to the email address used during registration on the ticketing platform.
– Ticket price is determined based on the phase at the time of successful payment.

Promotion Scheme

* General Notes:
– Group discount will be applied directly at checkout when the group leader proceeds with payment via the official ticketing platform.
– After successful payment confirmation on the ActiUp ticketing platform, the group leader must submit information to receive complimentary Pocari Sweat products and BIB(s): [CLICK HERE].
– The Organizer will only coordinate with the group leader who completed the payment. The Organizer is not responsible for any disputes between group members and the group leader.

*Group Registration Notes:
– Group registration applies to companies, clubs, or running teams that you are part of. You may also register as a group with friends or family.
– As an individual, you may join or form a group to receive group discounts. The larger the group size, the higher the discount.
If you join an informal group, please carefully consider the credibility of the group leader, as the Organizing Committee and the ticketing platform are not responsible for any personal agreements or arrangements between group members. In such cases, we recommend purchasing individual tickets for your own peace of mind.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Once registration is completed, Runners will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances if they are unable to attend “Pocari Sweat Run Vietnam 2025”.

2. BASIC INFORMATION CHANGE POLICY

Basic information refers to registered data excluding the Runner’s full name and national ID/passport number.

A. REGULATIONS

Please read carefully before proceeding:

• Change fee: Free of charge.
• Each ticket is allowed one basic information change only. Please ensure all information is accurate.
• The race T-shirt/21KM finisher T-shirt size can only be changed during the Early Bird phase.
• Deadline for changes: Until the end of the Regular phase.
• For Super Early Bird ticket holders, changes are allowed until the end of the Early Bird phase.

B. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

Changes can be made for all tickets purchased via the Ticket Selling Platform during Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and Regular phases.

C. GROUP REGISTRATION

Before the team leader completes payment:
Group members can edit all information (except distance).
If a member wants to change distance, they must ask the team leader to delete their registration and re-register. (This is a mutual agreement between members; The Organizer and the Ticket Selling Platform are not responsible for the accuracy of the information.)

After the team leader completes payment:
Changes must be made through the Ticket Selling Platform.
Once the Runner submits the change, the system will update accordingly.

3. TICKET TRANSFER POLICY

A. REGULATIONS

Please read carefully before proceeding:

• Transfer fee: 200,000 VND + any phase price difference (if applicable).
• Each ticket is allowed one transfer only.
• Deadline: Until the end of the Regular phase.
• Transfers are not allowed for tickets purchased during Super Early Bird.
• Transfers are not allowed if the transferee’s age does not meet the age requirements for the selected distance.
• The Organizer and the Ticket Selling Platform are not responsible for the accuracy of transfer information. All financial transactions are made independently between transferor and transferee.

B. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

Transfers are allowed for tickets purchased during the Early Bird and Regular phases via the Ticket Selling Platform.

C. GROUP REGISTRATION

Before the team leader completes payment:
Members may edit all details (except distance). To change distance, the team leader must delete the registration and have the member re-register. (The Organizer and the Ticket Selling Platform are not responsible for the accuracy of this process.)

After the team leader completes payment:
Transfers must be completed via the Ticket Selling Platform.
Upon successful transfer and payment, confirmation emails will be sent to both the original and new Runners.

4. DISTANCE CHANGE POLICY
