Job Description
- Prepare and manage construction cost estimate documents according to market unit prices and budgeted capital.Analyze work volume of design of architectural, structural & technical infrastructuralActively coordinate with other specialized departments to ensure the progress and accuracy of the records.Working at the company office
Required Conditions
Graduated from University with major in Construction Economics or Civil Construction
Having 3 - 8 years of working experience in project estimating, preferably having experience in INDUSTRIAL projects, having worked at a consulting company.
Careful, diligent.
Proficient in using Ms Office, Autocad and Acitt estimation software.
Know how to apply quick calculation methods in estimation such as Bim
Salary: negotiable
