Job description:

• Participate in design consultation with company projects
• Visiting and surveying actual works
• Make a construction plan, design ideas in accordance with each project’s requirements according to the company’s process.
• Planning, timeline and project implementation
• Research new materials/new technologies…into the design
• Attend consultation meetings and explain drawings with the Investor and partners (subcontractors, suppliers …) related to the project
• Design and implement architectural drawings and interior – exterior
• Design management during construction according to company procedures and other relevant departments
• Collaborate with other teams in the company
• Participate in building and promoting the company’s image and brand

Job requirements:

• Graduated in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design
• At least 1 year experience in project design
• Passion for the profession and a sense of self-improvement of professional skills
• Prioritize a good cooperative attitude
• Able to work well in a team
• English level: Basic and above
• Desire to have a dynamic, diverse and multi-functional learning environment
• Ability to deploy 3d drawings and design documents well
• Ability to fine-tune the overall idea and fine details
• Proficient in using specialized software in Interior Architecture design: Sketch up (preferred), Auto cad, Vray….
• Using specialized software in design: Photoshop, Illustrator, … is an advantage
• Being able to show Sketching/Drawing Skills is an advantage
